Our Amplifiers


    Due to electrical certification differences (like RoHS and CE), our finished amps and other electronic equipment built completely (ready-to-use) can't be shipped to any address outside Canada or the USA.


Parts and DIY


    No problem shipping these worldwide (see general limitations below).


Ordering Instructions


    Ordering is easy and is in four simple steps:

    1) Send us an email, telling us what you want. Please include your postal code if you are a Canadian, state if you are from the US or one of its dependencies, or country for international.

    2) We calculate total cost and shipping to you.

    3) If you accept the price, we will send you a PayPal or hyperWALLET invoice, or email invoice for cheque or M.O. if you are in CA/US (We do NOT accept Western Union Money orders or transfers).

    4) Upon receipt of payment and full mailing address (if you didn't give it to us already), your items(s) will be on their way!


    Our payments are accepted through our associate, Classic Valve Design. Through them we accept Canada Post and USPS *PINK* money orders, WebCheck (hyperWALLET), PayPal and its various associated payment forms. Canadian and American customers may also pay with a certified cheque. Certified cheques may take time to clear, depending on issuing institution and may be delayed up to 20 business days. DO NOT SEND CASH!!! for any reason under any circumstances. Even registered mail falls victim to mail theft!

    Warranty and returns: Amplifiers and equipment are covered under a 1 year warranty from the time of purchase, plus 14 days to allow for shipping transit if bought via mail order. All tubes, used or new are 90 days warranted. Other Parts & DIY items are 90 days exchange/refund, as the situation warrants. Warranty notes on the part/equipment descriptaion page will override these basic warranty rules. Dead parts need to be returned to us for exchange or refund. Note that shipping damage is NOT covered under Canada Post insurance.

  Shipping via Canada Post Airmail or Xpresspost is preferred and WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE INSURED TO ITS VALUE. Due to the recent postage increases, We make the odd exception for low valued items that can be shipped via lettermail within Canada. THESE ARE EXEMPT FROM ANY WARRANTY OR INSURANCE. PLEASE use insurable options whenever possible. Certain large or heavy items may only be sent internationally by courier and can cost several times more than the actual purchase price depending on your country.

  Local pickup is OK. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup. Would you like fries with that?
